Adding training and volunteer capacity to field organizing campaigns and organizations

How we got started

We started in the wake of our work to help win Marie Gluesenkamp Perez’s campaign in WA-3. Working closely with the campaign, together we recruited 500 volunteers and knocked on 40,000 doors, talking to mostly moderate voters, winning with 50.1% of the vote. Many pundits said this race was the most surprising upset of the 2022 cycle; 538 gave this race an only 2% chance of flipping a seat in Republican hands for 16 years.

Robust volunteer based ground campaigns are the most cost effective way to win political campaigns and build leadership for the long term.

We specialize in close races where an effective field campaign can make the difference between winning and losing.
